Parents do not choose a building. They choose the people inside it. Our teachers know each child by name, follow their routines, and notice the small things: a new word, a first friendship, a harder morning than usual.

Mrs. Shahama Naser, Director

Named Teacher of the Year 2024–25 by the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County. Mrs. Shahama has led Horizons for years and is usually the first person families meet.
When families walk through our doors, they are trusting us with the most important person in their lives. We never take that lightly. I would love for you to visit, meet our team, and see Horizons for yourself.
