What Does Before and After School Care Include in Orlando?

Horizons provides before and after school care for children up to age 12, with early morning drop-off, an afternoon snack, supervised homework time, and play.
For children up to 12 years. Horizons is open Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Before-school and after-school attendance is based around each child’s regular school schedule.
The hours around the school day are the hardest to cover. We have them.
School-age children up to age 12 are welcome. Families are responsible for transportation to and from Horizons.

Mornings Before School

An early start, a calm space, and breakfast before the school day begins, so you can get to work on time.

Afternoons After School

After a long school day, children need a snack, a quiet place for homework, and time to move:
  • Afternoon snack prepared on-site
  • Dedicated homework time in a supervised environment
  • Active and outdoor play
  • Art, games, and free choice time
  • Familiar teachers who know your child
