Horizons Childcare & Learning Center accepts School Readiness / 4C for eligible children enrolled in participating programs.
Families should apply directly through the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County or 4C. Once approved, families can contact Horizons so we can assist with the enrollment process.
Horizons Childcare & Learning Center works with families who have eligible Step Up for Students scholarship funding.
Because Step Up for Students offers different scholarship programs, eligibility and allowable expenses may vary depending on the specific scholarship a child receives.
Families who have been approved for Step Up for Students are encouraged to contact Horizons so we can review their scholarship information and discuss how eligible funding may be used toward their child’s program.
